Prior to joining the firm, Kevin was a partner with a civil litigation and insurance defense firm in Virginia, where he served as lead counsel for complex defense litigation, including workplace accidents and wrongful death matters. His practice areas also include products liability, construction law, premises liability and motor vehicle accidents.
Kevin has represented clients in a wide variety of cases including, personal injury, medical malpractice, real estate contractual disputes, and claims under the Virginia Consumer Protection Act. Kevin is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Experience
- Represented a products manufacturer in federal court for the Eastern District of Virginia on a large claim involving construction delays for a new hospital..
- Successfully defended a contractor in a wrongful death claim arising from an electrocution accident at a worksite.
- Represented a landlord in a wrongful death and personal injury claim after an explosion occurred in an apartment complex. Both claims were successfully resolved.
- Defended a closely held corporation in a business conspiracy claim. The case proceeded through a jury trial and the claim was fully dismissed.
- Defended a national hospitality brand in a brain injury claim arising from a slip and fall incident.
