Emily is a corporate attorney with litigation experience who represents a variety of businesses, including real estate developers, manufacturers, retailers and government contractors. Her practice focuses primarily on advising clients throughout the process of entity selection, formation, operation and negotiation and drafting of entity documents. She also negotiates and drafts general business agreements and provides guidance to clients dealing with regulatory compliance issues and other legal questions.
